No8... Just as the name implies to New Zealanders; an "innovative", "forward thinking" and "get the job done" company that lets New Zealanders (and for that matter Aussies) own their own slice of New Zealand.
We all come in different shapes and sizes and sometimes don't fit the stringent requirements of the main banks; but here at No8 we haven't forgotten that to own your home is pretty much a Kiwi tradition.
In these economic times we realize how hard it is sometimes to work with the main banks with all their severe requirements and bureaucracy and we hope to make your home loan approvals run quickly and smoothly.
